Made a great recipe yesterday. Easy (very), healthy and delicious! Try it and let me know what you think!  I served it with rice, roasted brussel sprouts and a big tossed salad. The meal was ready in 30 minutes!!
Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken 
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
fresh sage leaves
thinly sliced prosciutto
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 fresh lemons
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
olive oil
Putting It Together
  1. Put the sage leaves on top of each chicken breast and wrap the prosciutto slices around them.
  2. In a large frying pan, with small amount of olive oil, cook the chicken pieces until done.
  3. Combine the lemon juice, broth, corn starch and 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  4. To serve, spoon the lemon sauce over the chicken.
